Over the course of 8 weeks, you will be immersed in the following key areas of entrepreneurship:
- Week 1-2: Ideation & Validation:
- Brainstorming and generating innovative business ideas.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Validating problem-solution fit through customer interviews and surveys.
- Defining your target audience and value proposition.
- Week 3-4: Business Planning & Strategy:
- Developing a comprehensive business plan, including mission, vision, and objectives.
- Formulating go-to-market strategies and sales channels.
- Creating a basic financial model and understanding key financial metrics.
- Developing a strong brand identity and messaging.
- Week 5-6: Product/Service Development & Operations:
- Developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or service prototype (where applicable).
- Understanding basic operational processes and supply chain considerations.
- Exploring technology and digital tools to support your startup.
- Implementing basic project management methodologies.
- Week 7-8: Marketing, Sales & Pitching:
- Developing and executing basic marketing campaigns (digital and/or offline).
- Practicing sales techniques and customer acquisition strategies.
- Crafting a compelling pitch deck to present your startup idea.
- Presenting your startup to a panel of mentors and potential investors (simulated).
